Why can't you reload them??? not like the square button is being used?

You've never been able to reload the main cannon (the gun you control as the driver) of any tank in the game.
I'm wondering why this was left out of the game??
Just so you know i'm sitting in a tank as I type and cannot reload the rail gun/cannon

My friend who mains tanks has never been able to reload the main cannon ether
Its not my controler, I've never had a problem reloading my normal gun, not once
Is there anyone else who's heard of this problem??

The weapon DOES of course reload when the chamber is empty BUT I cannot manually reload
With no manual reload often have to shoot (and waste) the last 1-10 shots of the cannon just so I have a full chamber for the next fight.
I have checked the control scheme. their is no reload button for on ANY of the tracked (i.e. the tanks) control schemes in the game. Am I missing something here?

Bear in mind that control schemes can be set independently for infantry and vehicles. Do you have the proper control scheme set for vehicles?
I have the normal default control scheme for tracked vehicles, i.e tanks. there is no reload button on ANY of the tracked control schemes however
I honestly thought this is something everyone had to deal with.
Should I reinstall the game?

Should I reinstall the game? Hmm I don't know what the issue is then, sorry. I've never had this issue and can't recall anyone else having an issue with that specifically. You could try reinstalling the game but aside from what I've got nothing, sorry. 
No problem, I'll try a reinstall and mention if it fixes it. someone else might have the issue too

ITS BECAUSE I'M USING THE DUTY CALLS CONTROLLER SETUP!!!!!!
yes I might get some grief for it but its the preffered controller setup for me to use. it just suites me. but that aside
the duty calls infantry controller setup changes the interact action to square. this has a knock on effect on the tracked vehicles controls by changing the reload button of square to exit vehicle.
I'm probably going to report this in another thread but for anyone reading this. this is why you can't reload the main cannon of your tank.

I know its square but there is a bug disabling it if you change your infantry controls.
If you don't believe me check this for yourself.
Go into your control scheme and test this if you want to.
1. Check your track vehicles controls, you will see that the reload button is indeed square
2. Change your infantry controls scheme to duty calls
3. Go back to your track vehicles controls, you will see that the reload command has been removed from the display
you can't reload your track vehicles main gun if your infantry controls are set to duty calls
